This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. Absolutely love this! Perfect for my bathroom. We got this in the dark blue, which looks close to a nice polo blue, and it's absolutely beautiful. It fits my bathroom perfectly! It arrived in three separate boxes (one for the cabinet, one for the doors, and one for the drawers), which means it's modular and can be put together in multiple different ways to fit your specific needs. Assembly was fairly easy too. ​The only minor thing I wish it had is feet to raise it off the ground a few inches. I needed it to sit over an air vent grate, so I ended up buying aftermarket feet to add to it, which worked perfectly to clear the vent. I also added door organizers for even more versatile storage. This is a very solid piece of furniture. Very well executed. The reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the paint job wasn’t up to par. The doors need caulk and another coat of paint. I honestly think the cabinets are unfinished furniture and are painted per order. I’ve purchased many unfinished furniture pieces in the past and know what the quality should be. I’m definitely happy with my purchase but recommend the vendor take more time and care with finishing the cabinets.
