This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. We are using it to store my son’s outdoor toys, plus adding any miscellaneous stuff in order to open up space in our garage. It’s a small shed, but you can really make the best out of the space. It took us over 4 ours to build; we might have been a little slow because there were some difficulties in lining up some of the premade holes that made us struggle a bit. When putting it together, I feared it would be too flimsy but as we finished building it, it was much more stable. However, we are going to secure it to something as a precaution because I’m not too confident it would survive the Santa Ana winds. The instructions, although detailed, are not good enough. There were many steps that were not clearly explained or the pictures were not clear. After putting screws in, a lot of them fell out during later steps. The skylight is extremely difficult to put in. There are some errors in the instructions like using long screws that would go through the roof if used. Not as strong structurally as it says. Would not have ordered this knowing what I know now.. This recliner came really fast. It comes in one huge box and there’s minimal assembly. You put the back on and push into place. There’s 2 side pieces that go on the back as well. Then you screw the handle on. They give you an Allen key to screw the handle on and it’s big and awkward and very frustrating to do. I just used my little hand drill. The leather is a true chocolate, brown, glossy soft and supple beautifully made aesthetically pleasing looks very modernized and the silver long handle complements it. The back is very thick and flush, which is nice. I am 5ft 4 and I have a ton of room on this chair in my feet. Don’t even touch the ground. The only thing that I don’t like is how low the handle is again I’m small and petite and I can barely reach the handle. I have to lean over the chair. Other than that, I have no issues. I love the color and the design , it has that wood- like look but without the maintenance. It doesn’t feel cheep and holds up well outside .Inside , there is plenty of space . We were able to store tools , boxes and outdoor items without any problem, so the capacity is definitely there . It feels practical for everyday use and keeps everything organized. The structure feels solid and stable , and the doors close securely, which it’s important for protection. It also seems to handle weather well so far . Shipping was fast , which was a nice bonus . This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation.
