After 1 month of service in a master bath used by 1 person, the AamA batteries were exhausted. Cumbersome process to access and replace the batteries. The website says this faucet will run approx. 4 yrs. on the batteries but if they require replacement in 4 weeks ( less with more family members). The screw top plastic battery cartridge will never hold up. Second faucet was just placed by the remodeling contractor. It has a steady drip. No help online or in the accompanying literature.. This VE zojirushi water heater is all that the claims state. Water is kept very hot. Many different choices to fit multiple uses and needs.
