This is a high-efficiency condensing indoor natural gas tankless water heater designed for continuous hot water. The built-in recirculation pump with auto-learning programming not only provides instant hot water but also only provides it when needed. Industry-leading low flow activation with a minimum flow rate and minimum activation flow rate of .50GPM. Ultra-low NOx burner meets SCAQMD rule requirements of safety for low emissions. Additional safety features include a flame sensor, overheat cut-off switch, gas and water leak detectors, and exhaust and water temperature sensors. Venting up to 100’ with 3” PVC or up to 50’ with 2” PVC pipe. Can be used with up to 5 bathrooms depending on inlet temperature; .94UEF (.96EF Canada), 180,000 BTU efficiency for the 10 GPM models, and 199,000 BTU efficiency for the 11 GPM models. Professional installation is required otherwise warranty is void. Warranty: 12-year heat exchanger, 5 yr parts, and 1 yr labor.

I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence.
