We’re very happy with this gazebo. The finished product looks even better in person than in the photos and adds a modern, high-end look to our patio. The combination of the black steel frame and wood-tone posts complements our home beautifully, and it feels very sturdy and well-built. Assembly was straightforward. It took two people about 4 hours to complete the installation, and the instructions were easy to follow. All of the parts were well packaged and arrived in good condition. The arbor is beautiful and strong. I gave it 4 stars because there is an issue. The lattice is made of very thin cedar (less than 1/4 of an inch) and it is stapled together. A few or the staples came loose during assembly and will need to be redone. I am considering adding stronger cedar boards on the sides to strengthen it. At this price point, I think the manufacturer should have used stronger wood for the lattice. There were also a few bumps and marks, but these were minor.
