Best price I'd seen and purchased 2 and they shipped and arrived swiftly and safely with no damage, that's impressive. But they were surprisingly very beautiful stainless and I put in my 2 size D batteries in each lid and they worked perfectly and have continued to function really awesome. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. It came in with a small dent in the bottom side of can and my husband tapped it out with a cloth and rubber mallet because we thought it was small enough and Wayfair had definitely taken the precautions for that not to happen with the way it was packaged so it may have happened again if we shipped it back.
