The instructions, although detailed, are not good enough. There were many steps that were not clearly explained or the pictures were not clear. After putting screws in, a lot of them fell out during later steps. The skylight is extremely difficult to put in. There are some errors in the instructions like using long screws that would go through the roof if used. Not as strong structurally as it says. Would not have ordered this knowing what I know now.. Pretty easy to install with one person. Seems flimsy while building, but once built, it’s pretty sturdy. Took one person about 6 hours to build. I did need some help with the roof. After built, I added some silicone around the seams, and some spray foam in the corners to make sure no moisture came in. True to the dimensions. Color was spot on. I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. We'll see how long this lasts, I've had it up for a whopping 5 days so far & can't speak to longevity just yet. But it looks good!. Jg. Virginia, USA. Fri Sep 05 2025
