I didn’t know if I’d like these - they’re super light and I’m used to heavier pans. But they’re great! They heat quickly and evenly, and although I do use butter and olive oil sometimes, I find I only need a tiny bit. Also, they’re really easy to wash (I don’t know if they’re dishwasher safe, but I wouldn’t risk it). And I only use silicone utensils, since I am not trying to scratch them.. Anonymous.
