That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. I’ve had this fridge for about a month now and so far so good! I absolutely love that the middle drawer can be switched to freezer or fridge mode. Also love that you can turn the crisper drawers around for produce that like more airflow. The secret snack compartments are also such a great room-saving feature.
