[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After hunting for a basement dehumidifier that would allow me to manually empty, this one is perfect. The hair is much fresher and our basement drier in just a few days. One drawback is with the bucket when you are emptying it manually. There is a handle, which is great, but the top of the bucket is 90% covered plastic, so water comes out of every small gap in there plastic (messy) if you aren’t careful. Overall, would definitely buy again!!. Cathyle2. Tue Sep 29 2026

A quick-connect water hose is included, making it easy to route drainage directly to a sink or basement window for continuous, unattended operation. Low-temperature operation down to 38°F makes this an effective choice for cooler spaces like basements, crawl spaces, and garages where humidity tends to linger. Absolutely awesome!!! Made a complete night and day difference in our basement. It’s on par with commercial dehumidifiers used for cleaning homes after flooding or other potential water problems. It is very quiet, easy to understanduse. It is on the larger side and kind of heavy. But it has two sturdy handles on the top of it that make moving much easier even though it is a large unit as i mentioned. But if you are looking for large area coverage it’s definitely worth the price. It’s listed as good for up to 4500 ft.² but our basement about 7000 ft.² again, its been a complete game changer for our home. Its under valued in my opinion. Suzanne. Attleboro Ma. Mon Jul 27 2026

This dehumidifier is very quite and so far works really well. It took me a minute to figure out the settings but once I did everything worked well. We are using it in our unfinished basement so it fills up quickly since the reservoir is small. It does come with a hose so that it can be routed to a drain instead of filling up the reservoir..
