I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. For the last 30 years that has meant figuring out how to heat them up what with the turkey filling the oven. It never quite works out -- the turkey sit to long while the potatoes are in the oven or the potatoes are cold because Ithey have been heated in someone else's oven and cooled on the trip to our house.
