The desk arrived late and the electric parts didn’t work. The customer service agent talked in circles trying to insist on my accepting replacement parts with no partial refund. I’m not giving giving my free labor for something that arrived late and dysfunctional. After about an hour of the run around they finally agreed to send the parts and give a partial refund for all the trouble. They could’ve just offered that to begin with.
