We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at. Very satisfied and happy with this purchase. Fit and finish is 1st class. Door alignment, caster function, and included trim kit are what one expects from Italian manufacturing. I ride Ducati motorcycles. Live alone, so no need for a refrigerator with massive storage volume, nor the wasted space an ice maker takes up, nor access through the door. I built a home “off grid”, I was looking for something that fit “very strict” measurements and energy requirements. The Forno 28” refrigerator not only fit all the requirements I needed, but looks fabulous in my home with the trim kit! So impressed that I bought two.
