Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at. Very satisfied and happy with this purchase. Fit and finish is 1st class. Door alignment, caster function, and included trim kit are what one expects from Italian manufacturing. I ride Ducati motorcycles. Live alone, so no need for a refrigerator with massive storage volume, nor the wasted space an ice maker takes up, nor access through the door. Such a clean look with thermostat viewing only. Counter depth of course is what I like most.
