We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at.
