First of all I paid this much money and had to but a rubber drip tray insert. Penny pinching. My main issue is that the ice goes everywhere...cubed or crushed. I have to use a big wide mouth jar to prevent this and pour off of it or I end up with ice on my wood floor. Who needs this? WE have not had it for long, but love the hot water and Keurig feature. Leaves countertops empty of a coffee maker. Great for single brew cups and hot tea. Also great when baking as you can measure the water out if called for in recipes. Love the compartments in frig. And space in the freezer.
