I love this rain barrel! Of course, as soon as we installed it, it didn’t rain for almost a month! But when it finally did rain, it filled up fast! I just ordered my second one! It was very easy to install. The only negative things I can say is 1) The top planter was misshaped, but once I put dirt and flowers in it, it fixed itself. There was not a problem flipping it and putting the top on without the planter side up. 2) It seems like when the barrel is filled to the top, the plants sit in muddy water. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
