I replaced an old Dyson fan with this Vornado. I love the variable speed feature. We have 4 Vornado fans in various rooms at present. Honestly, I am not sure I'll ever bother with another brand again These work great, are quiet, move a lot of air, and last. I rarely write reviews. Only for products I really think are worth it..
