These chairs serve their purpose beautifully and look great in our den. They aren't the most comfortable right out of the box due to being on the stiffer side, but I expect they'll soften up over time. The stripes don't line up perfectly between chairs, but with a lumbar pillow in each, it's barely noticeable. One chair arrived damaged, but Wayfair made the replacement process incredibly easy. Since we'd already tossed the original box, they simply sent a new chair along with its own box, so we could pack up the damaged one and send it back with no hassle. They even provided a shipping label and scheduled a FedEx pickup within a day or two. These chairs are pretty great. We got the light gray linen fabric and it looks great. The swivel is top notch and the fabric is quality. The seats are deeper than I thought so we will be supplementing thrn with pillows. Otherwise these are a good deal and the delivery was quick.
