Not much more than building a large cat tree or large entertainment center. Directions says 3 people needed to build. That refers to those who do not know the difference between a man and a women. One MAN can put together by themselves. Took 8.5 hours to build. I would advise a different order to build. First build the doors, then the roof, then the base. After that start to build the shed.
