We purchased these as an upgrade to previously purchased tiles that was matte in texture. (Same company) There was an issue with the installation/setting of the tiles, so the contractor offered to redo the bathroom floor at his expense. I preferred the polished tiles so I paid the additional cost to get these. I like them because the polished finish offer a nice sheen but I find them a bit difficult to maintain. Tiles look great, I'm really happy with them, but my installer mistakenly applied them paper-side against the wall. He said he'd only ever once seen paper on the front face before, and that time the paper had instructions printed on it. I'd give these 5 stars if they had instructions printed on the paper or box, or even had an insert in the box with that info on it, but it wasted several sheets of tile before I came in and saw the isssue..
