Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. 4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. I recently bought this smart toilet to replace my old one and I am so glad I did so. This is an upgraded smart toilet with LED screens at the back and a separate remote controller, feels very high tech. Its height is a little higher than conventional toilet so it feels more comfortable because I am tall. Its flushing power is stronger but also quiet , and it’s fully automated! It has massage wash and heated seat, so cool. It looks like it’s more eco friendly and saves power and water.
