I want to start off with saying I absolutely love the sink. I love having a black sink because it looks a lot cleaner and slick, but having a granite one was a lot of maintenance, a fiberglass one had so much white calcium buildup, it was annoying, and nothing would get rid of it. I’m hoping that this one will be way better. It looks way better so far as way easier to clean and looks way more seamless along my countertop. However, I’m giving it four stars because the measurements, yes, were correct, match exactly to what our other sink was, and what our counter hole already was, but there is little lips underneath the main ledge that made it too tight and my husband was able to break the welds off to fit the sink in seamlessly, but I don’t think they go off the measurements for the lips that are under its, so just take that in mind. I’m so excited for this sink to be up and running. We are having new countertops installed in a few days and they will be doing all the installation. This sink is beautiful. The bowls are very deep and that stainless steel is sleek. I love that the bowls are squared and not the normal rounded out corners. It will be such a different look than the dated builder grade sink we have now. Everything but the faucet is included and it comes with a drying rack and a cutting board. Install Instruction: 1) Turn off Water Supply 2) Press the water dispenser to release any pressure from the water line. 3)Turn off the ON/OFF valve water line that is to the left of the filters inside the unit. 4) Turn power off by unplugging of the power source. 5) Remove existing filter by turning it counterclockwise for it to release and pull out. 6)Install the new water filters by inserting them up and in and turn clockwise until locked in and align with label facing you. 7) Now you will turn the water supply in the dispenser to ON position. 8) Turn power of the unit back on by plugging in the unit. 9) Turn on Water Supply. 10) Press and hold the Filter Reset button for 3-5 Seconds 11) Dispense water and check for leaks. Installed the system relatively easy. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy different parts to connect to my beverage faucet that was not a Kohler faucet. The only thing that was inconsistent was the picture on the site shows a brass T fitting and the unit comes with a plastic T fitting. This is somewhat deceiving for the price you pay for the unit. I recently purchased the Modern Innovate Blenzia 32 inch undermount double bowl sink for an upcoming kitchen renovation project. Although it has not been installed yet, I did inspect it carefully when it arrived and I am very impressed with the quality so far. The 16 gauge stainless steel feels thick and sturdy, which was very important to me. It definitely does not feel lightweight or flimsy. The finish looks clean and modern, and the craftsmanship appears solid with smooth edges and well defined corners. I also appreciate that it came securely packaged with the bottom grids and strainers included. Everything was neatly protected in the box, which gave me confidence that the brand pays attention to detail. The 50 50 double bowl design is exactly what I was looking for for functionality and versatility. The depth looks generous and should be great for larger pots and everyday use once installed. Based on the overall appearance, weight, and included accessories, this sink feels like a high quality piece that will elevate the entire kitchen.
