The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Really love our single bowl sink. I had a double stainless steel sink for a while and have always wanted the big, white, sink that will make it so much easier to wash pots and pans and just soak things. Was packed very well, no damage whatsoever to it considering it is a fire clay sink. It was not the exact exact measurements we needed, because our sink opening was cut into granite, not in a complete rectangle sheet, but more rounded on the edges. But my husband made it work. Be aware, that the lovely strainerbasket that comes with it is not compatible with a garbage disposal. Doesn’t have the groove around it to attach the garbage disposal. We had to go to Lowe’s to get a different one, and will be donating this one. Hence the 4 stars. . It came with a bottom rack to place your dishes on and pots and pans, so less chance in scratching. . But I’m not sure I’m going to keep that in there as I like to wipe out and rinse the sink when I’m finished and do not wanna have to take this in and out.
