This entire purchase / assembly experience was just awful - from delayed deliveries, to missing pieces, to no one being available to assemble it (which I did pay for and ultimately Wayfair reimbursed me). As polite as customer service was in trying to remedy the issue with the missing piece, it ultimately resulted in this bed lying on the floor in pieces for over a month. It is poorly constructed, with holes in the wrong place, and assembly took several days. All in all - this is the worst purchase I've made at Wayfair and by far the worst experience with parts..
