This is a nice loft bed set and while slightly more expensive than other sets it is worth the money. This set has the best layout in my opinion for under the bed and that alone is worth the extra cost. It took me about 3.5 hours to fully assemble by myself moving at a relaxed pace. The parts and instructions are labeled fairly well with one extra of each screw. I have not anchored it to the wall yet but it is very sturdy even being on carpet. In general, the bed is solid. Ours only had a few pieces that had paint rubbed off them. We did have many pieces that had no label or were incorrectly labeled. I also had one piece that the holes were drilled in the incorrect place which required me to drill new holes. I built the bed alone and it definitely took a long time, much of which was used looking for a piece that didn’t have a label. It is very easy to attach a piece facing the wrong direction so watch the directions closely to try to avoid time consuming mistakes. My daughter loves us and it’s very solid.. Chris H. This loft bed gives your child plenty of space to organize their bedroom. It's made from solid wood with a finish of your choice to complement almost any style or color scheme. A stairway at the foot of the bed makes it easy to reach the loft, while drawers under each step and two separate towers provide spots to tuck away clothes. Three bookshelves under the bed make this area beneath it the ideal place for a reading nook. Guardrails surround the top bunk for extra safety, while a slat kit is included to eliminate the need for a box spring. A twin mattress is sold separately.

This is a beautiful, great quality, and sturdy bed. Ours came in 9 huge boxes delivered on or porch. A few of the boxes had some damage, but that’s to be expected when shipping heavy furniture in cardboard boxes. Only a few pieces had minor damage. We’re planning on calling customer service to get a drawer front replacement and some touch up paint. Two people were able to assemble it in about 8 hours. It took much longer than expected, caused mostly by the lack of instructions specific to the variation we got with two drawer sets and the stairs with drawers. We tried following similar directions for a different variation, but it just ended up confusing things. Now that it’s together, we’re really happy with it.
