The cushions are vacuum-compressed for packaging. Before installation, please firmly pat the cushions to help the silk cotton quickly expand and fill the entire cushion. It usually takes 2-3 days for cushions to fully plump up to optimal state.

It is just the size I needed. I was surprised at how easily and quickly I put it together by myself. Only needed help setting it upright and moving it to the rug. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed.
