This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. After I tightened those screws, everything worked well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I really enjoy walking in the room and seeing this new dresser.. Gabriel. Texas. Lots of pieces and parts, give yourself room for the build, and use furniture scooties (those discs you put beneath furniture feet to move stuff around) because this will be too big and top heavy to lift safely. 3. Hand tightening the screws...ALL the screws...is carpal-tunnel waiting to happen. BUT, it's easy to overtighten and ruin the hole. This item was provided to me for free in order to write this review. Opinions expressed are my own. This is a nice looking solid piece of furniture. The box is very heavy, will definitely need two people to lift. From cutting open the box, carrying all the pieces upstairs, assembling, and cleaning up took about 2 hours and 15 minutes for one person who has furniture assembly experience. Directions were very clear, but said assembly would take 30 minutes for two people. None of the tasks required to people, but even with two people splitting the tasks, I find it hard to believe they could complete it in half an hour. My only complaint is that the wood top had two lines on it that appear to be from being packed up against the other pieces, and one spot where the finish on an edge is a little marred.. Anonymous.
