That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. So far its great! We have had it installed (husband did it with his friend) for about 1 month. It is fairly quiet but really powerful on the highest level. Ive noticed. I haven't even had to use the highest level yet. The light is super bright. I wish there was more than one level to the light though. It was fairly easy and straightforward to unstall. The problem we had was our vent hole was smaller than the stencil overlay so we didnt know what to do initially. We figured it out, had to cut the hole! It worked out. So far we are very happy with it. We have open concept kitchen and smells do not float upstairs anymore! That was my major qualm with the over ranger microwave hood.
