All the pieces were there in individually marked cardboard boxes and the boards were wrapped to keep them from being scuffed. Everything was well marked, along with clear illustrations. It was quite impressive compared to many products these days that you have to assemble.I like that the support boards were pre-strapped together. It took my husband and son about an hour, no issues. The (full)size is great for our small spare room. The mattress is very firm but thick is as noted by others and just the color it is shown. It sits slightly higher than the back of the frame but thats so that it will fit the entire surface when it is converted to a bed- and it doesnt affect the feeling when sitting on it. The one slightly negative thing I might mention is that this isnt a couch I would sit on for long periods as the back/bottom angle is noticeable if you have lower back issues. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed.
