The freezer drain line became clogged where it sits in the drain pan and had to remove the back panel to access it and flush/wash it out. I put it back on and restarted the appliance. I got this range hood for my casita. And it was the perfect size, it arrived quickly and was easy to put together. I like that it has two options a ducted version and a ductless one if you don’t want to make a hole in your wall. A thing to note is it doesn’t come with all the necessary items to install perfectly. It was missing the charcoal filter that goes inside the range hood (it makes you purchase separate) so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that it’s exactly as described.. Yulitza. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this nes range hood. It is sleek, flat on the bottom whi h makes everything accessible and easy to clean. The fan is a.little louder than my old one was, but ok. The package arrived safely(extremely well packed) and on time. The only problem we had was removing the knockout, the vent access. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. This has been mostly a set-it-and-forget-it appliance for us, but it's nice that we have access via the app if needed. Because I enjoy being lazy. Highly recommend.. Lia V.. Thu May 14 2026
