That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. I got this range hood for my casita. And it was the perfect size, it arrived quickly and was easy to put together. I like that it has two options a ducted version and a ductless one if you don’t want to make a hole in your wall. A thing to note is it doesn’t come with all the necessary items to install perfectly.
