The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven heats up to the specified temperature reasonably fast even without a fast preheat feature. So far I have only used the conventional bake feature, but it works fine. Will be testing convection and other features soon. She loves this double wall oven with the french doors. She really appreciates having easy access to the oven without the normal pull down door between her and whatever treat she has in the oven for us. The controls are easy to understand with just a slight learning curve, and she loves the built in thermometer and that it turns the oven off when food reaches the set tempurature.
