When I received this product I was pleasantly surprised of how amazing this was packaged, everything besides a tools you need you get even the plumbers tape which is a bonus. The white glove that comes with it so you can not get stains on the faucet itself amazing I have tried to put this together in my saying for my sink is a farmer style thing so Im not able to get in the back of it to assemble it so that is why Im giving it four stars right now I am waiting on my brother who is a plumber to come and install it but you know how it is with family you always have to wait but once it is installed I will definitely be giving an update but from everything that I see right now I am absolutely pleased with this purchase. We are replacing a Delta pullout wand with a overhanging Grohe. It has yet to be installed by our plumber, but I can attest to the Grohe faucet we have in the bathroom sink. Works like a charm. It's a single handle model. Delta is an excellent product, especially insofar as the warranty is concerned. Customer service sends out parts without charge, and there is no hassle involved. The reason we've switched is simple. The pullout does not pull out with ease. In addition the hose often gets cinched, so as to prevent the flow water. The overhang should not do this. Update. Recently installed. The pull down faucet is. Easy to install to operate. Note that the non-spray function is not aerated. Good to have a deep sink, so as to prevent splashing outside the sink.
