I have only ever wanted real Christmas trees. But after years of disappointing ones, I finally decided to consider going artificial. Because I was giving up my real-tree tradition, the fake one had to be perfect. I searched for months for a tree with a wide base that actually felt real, and finally landed on this one. When we put it up, the top section didn’t look as bright as the rest of the tree. I was discouraged—after letting go of my real-tree dream, I ended up with something that seemed slightly defective. I didn’t want to start my search all over again, so I requested a replacement top. When that wasn’t available, Wayfair sent me an entirely new tree. The replacement is absolutely beautiful. It took us a long time to “fluff” (I’m new to this, so it probably took longer than normal), but once it was finished, I was truly impressed. Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. Gorgeous tree. This is our 2nd year with this tree. Iit sets up easily and folds nicely for storage. The lights are plentiful and we'll distributed. Lights are located on the inner parts of the tree as well as outer branches, creating a beautiful dimension. The tree is full and looks expensive (very affordable for size and quality). The tree looks pretty nice. There were a couple of issues. It was missing an attachment piece for one of the branches & the flocking does come off on your clothes and floor.
