We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was. Needlessly skeptical.... When I opened the box and removed the unit my first thought was oh, this is going back...however, after assembling it I decided to give it a chance. That was a good choice...and so is this little food processor. I was totally surprised at the speed with which it chops, slices, etc. It packs some power that's hidden in its compact size. I've been using it over and over again since then. As far as quantity, well, if you have a larger quantity than it can hold in the jar after slicing its easily emptied and ready for more and does it quickly. I have a larger Cuisinart but love that this one is truly lightweight and comfortably fits in my kitchen cabinets (hate clutter on my countertops). Clean up is a breeze too! So, between my new 3qt Instant Pot, my 4 cup Food Processor and B&D Toaster that were all recently purchased from Wayfair (quick delivery on all !), I have to send out a BIG THANK YOU for having a great line of appliances..
