Doors are SOLID and heavy. Very happy with quality for the price. A couple of corners were damaged during shipping. Mostly a cosmetic issue. But both Wayfair and the manufacture worked with us to find a solution. Overall very pleased. We specifically liked that these are already painted, so it was one less thing we needed to worry about right now. These turned out beautifully but I severely underestimated the amount of time it would take to get them to this point. I struggled to get these to stain as dark as I wanted. I tried just staining them at first and then had to go back and sand them down to get them to stain darker. I am excited about the clean lines and fitted appearance this door provides! Previously had a barn door & track on this door opening and this new door fits much closer to the actual door opening. Plus, the entire rolling mechanism is concealed inside of the track which is recessed inside the back of the door. This also means that it fits much closer to the wall, giving it a cleaner appearance. As you can see from photos, we did remove some wood trim so the door could fit tight to the wall. So there are wall repairs in my future, but I am ok with that. Also still need to install the GORGEOUS long black metal handle provided with door, but I am waiting to paint first. The door comes with a painted flat white finish. I am painting walls & door the same color, so it will really blend into the background. Love love love these doors. Used them between the master bedroom and master bath. They look great and the frosted glass lets in some light while providing privacy. It was a bit of work for our contractor to set the hardware as the doors are are not prepped for that but we knew that from previous reviews Even with that our local building supply store wanted 3000 for a “custom” door of this design. The door looks nice and works well overall. One thing to note if you’re installing it in a frame with a traditional door stop built into the jamb, it may have trouble closing properly. Installation wasn’t too difficult, but make sure to read the instructions thoroughly before starting.
