This light fixture is very pretty. The oil-rubbed bronze look is elegant and I find this design more appealing than the light bar I originally intended to install. We positioned it lights facing down, to facilitate bulb replacement and to prevent the shades from becoming dust traps. Edison bulbs make the underside more attractive than white opaque bulbs. We had to work around an unusual former installation by placing an access plate to the right of the fixture, but the installation went just fine and the plate isn't particularly noticeable in a normal view..
