I love this light. It recesses nicely into the ceiling, dims well without any flickering. Lighting temperature is adjustable, however the fixture must be removed to change. When we saw this LED fixture it seemed too good to be true. It is the right size to cover the the hole from our old fixtures, is low profile and sleek looking and energy efficient. We replaced the old fixture in my kitchen and I have been just living this new light. The LED is brighter but not as harsh as the old fluorescent lights. I like this light. It is a great concept and really does give the effect of a skylight. Installation was straight forward with an existing light connection and didn't require too much work.
