It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap. We’ve had this stove installed since April. This stove is so beautiful. We love this stove in every way except 1. The knobs are very hard to read (black on black) . Once I learn them it will be easier but until them I’m using a grill light to be able to see the dials. After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at. I’m still moving into my place but I needed a fridge that was narrow and this is perfect. I love the look and the inside looks more spacious than I expected. The fridge gets five stars. Wayfair gets zero. This was the most painful delivery process imaginable. When you order you get a delivery window with the information that you can specify what day you want it delivered once the order is processed. When that time came, I went online and chose my delivery day as the one they initially provided me was before I’d be moved into my new house. Everything seemed fine until I got text messages about it being delivered the original day. I went online again to see why it reverted back and I couldn’t even get to the page without it crashing. Same on the app. Customer service was awful. I finally talked to someone from their large parcel delivery team who was super friendly and help me reschedule again, confirming with me that I was all set. Until the original date comes around I start getting text messages about it being on its way and to reply to the text if there’s an issue. Of course there’s an issue, I’ve rescheduled more than once now. Replying back as instructed of course did nothing. I finally talked to the delivery people and told them I don’t live there yet and that I’ve rescheduled more than once, they were great and basically echoed how horrible this company is to deal with. So now I’m at a point where I have to wait for them to put it in as undeliverable and reschedule, though of course my original date I had confirmed twice is no longer available so book it for two days later than desired. This day finally comes around and I am tracking the delivery online and everything looks okay. Wouldn’t you know it, Wayfair calls me and says they’re calling to confirm that I’ve requested to reschedule for another five days later! I don’t even know where they pulled that BS from but I was like look, it’s out for delivery and if it doesn’t make it here I’m just returning it and going somewhere else, it’s not worth it at this point. The delivery guys did show up and were great, and like the others from the week before echoed that they’re not surprised by the miserable customer service and ordering process.
