Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. Bought this due to the TP shortage and frankly am impressed and now a fan of the bidet. This was easy to install ourselves and works great. I’d like another, but the issue in the US is that we don’t have electrical outlets near the toilets. So, this one we put in our main half bath and wound a cord along the base boards. Looks ok..
