I purchased 2 of these lights for the nightstands in our bedroom. They are of very high quality and are exactly what we were looking for. We love the brightness and color temperature settings, as we use them for reading. The big selling point for us was the 26.5" long gooseneck arm. It is long enough to reach over the reading material and can be twisted into any position. Even when fully extended, the arm does not tip the light over due to the weighted base. I really like that this lamp is dimmable, from very bright to a much lower, cool light. Besides providing a great light for working or reading, I am able to turn the light up toward my face, and dim it as necessary, so it provides decent lighting for the online videoconferences many of us are doing these days..
