Manufacturing or shipping defect leads to easily marred surface. First one had highly visible chipped off area exposing the wood composite underlay of the desk table top. Even second replacement top has noticeable scratch that we will live with. Table top is a very heavy piece! The replacement process has left us with the choice of a difficult disposal ourselves or another appointment for pick up of the defective piece. i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. I am 100% convinced that the sink is never going to move with these underneath it. Highly recommend this product should you ever find yourself in the need for support!. Dale. New Mexico.
