This set are amazing they heat up even and quickly on my induction stove. Love the weight and the clean up is nice. Just make sure to let the pans cool down before cleaning . These pots are great so far. They’re very sturdy and well made. I wash them by hand to keep them looking new. The handles do get hot and that degree varies by size of the pot. That was a bit disappointing, especially since the description says that they stay cool. The sale price was really good so I decided to upgrade my old pots that I had for years. I was actually sent the wrong size pan but Fissler fixed the issue quickly. It is my first time buying a stainless steel pan instead of non-stick. I am impressed and wonder why I didn't use one before! As long as you follow instructions, even salmon fillets won't stick to the pan. I've been cooking with Instant Pots the last several years but I wanted to check out the pinnacle of German cookware, so I invested in the Fissler. So far, it has been absolutely excellent, very good design, very intuitive and I have absolutely loved the results. Great feedback on the stews I've been able to make and I'm excited to check out other recipes with it.
