I received these tiles with minimal breakage. I was really excited to incorporate this baby blue into my retro bathroom tiling project for a nice contrast but the color is very washed out. Almost ice blue instead of baby blue. The quality seems solid, just not sure they will work with my needs, I may need to pivot and use elsewhere. The vent cover arrived quickly and in good condition. I like the modern, clean style and the screws are hidden. The installation instructions are clear and remind you multiple times to measure the opening and purchase the cover appropriate for the space. There is no wheel or mechanism to open and close the baffles. You use your fingers or a screwdriver which could be a pain if you are using it in a ceiling or other difficult to access area. I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters.
