Great looking compact grill. Perfect for our lanai needs. Terrific color, we choose to go with the stone color. Suggestion when assembling open and separate ALL pieces and parts. Many parts in the first couple of steps are located inside a box, inside the main part of the grill. I did not see them until I was further into the assembly. But overall, the assembly was fairly simple, and the directions were clear and easy. We just used our new grill for the first time this past weekend. The heat distribution is different than our last grill, but Ill get the used to the new heating optio soon enough. Again, great looking unit once set up. Kit is well made and easy to install. I only needed the spout part of the faucet since the American Standard faucet I had developed a hairline crack and leak at the base. I used only the spout from this kit which integrated easily to my existing separate side valve and foot pedal arrangement. I kept the valve that came with the faucet as a spare. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. I love the single handle to turn the water on, it's so much better than having two different knobs. I love the pull down head feature, it makes filling larger pots, that can't fit in my sink, on the counter. It's easy to clean, by simply wiping it off. I didn't have any issues with the nozel getting clogged. The water pressure greatly exceeded my previous faucet. I really am shocked at the quality of this elegant hardware.
