We’ll see how they hold up to sun the rest of summer. They do have that “made in China smell” but I’m sure that will dissipate quickly since they are outside. These are an inexpensive solution to a very expensive problem. The prior owners of my house painted the deck boards with indoor latest paint. As you can see, it didn’t last very long. I was going to lift the and flip them. But that have required a lot of labor and new paint. These are fine. One thing I will note is that some watery rust from a deck chair dripped on the tiles and I can’t get the stain out. Which is weird because they’re plastic. I hope they aren’t porous! them. Calvin. The large chicken coop comes with a chicken run and has two large nesting boxes. The chicken house has four perches with large removable sliding trays for easy cleaning. I made quite a few modifications to make this coop more useful. I used strong magnets across the top so we could reach into the run. I’d planned to use a solar door opener to let the gals in and out, but I was one day over the 30 day return window and Wayfair wouldn’t let me return it even for store credit. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. It was pretty easy to build. I love how long it is. For Bassets I needed a long play area. I plan to plant herb in box planters around the perimeter. Different dog friendly plants and herbs. It will be a sensory thing for them. I did one sections mulch, one artificial turf and the 3rd pavers. While it comes with dog bowl at the door, I plan to attach an automatic water bowl to it.
