Very straightforward and easy to set up. I connected the two to capture spillover and it worked! Simple to attach hoses for watering items 50’ plus away. Low water pressure but that is expected. Only thing that would make these better would be a lighter color. The opening at the top allows for more open air catchment since i dont want to catch from our older roof tops. Both are set up on bases to help support them. Took a bit for enough rain to collect to make the barrels heavy enough to withstand our high windows. Arrived surpringly quick. Good looking product, but assembly was tedious. Follow the Instructions exactly for quickest results, but don’t expect to do it in two hours. Two glitches. The bolts supplied with the cart were not long enough and required a trip to the hardware store for longer ones. Only every other hole on one drum end were in alignment. A power drill remedied that. I have some concern about the quality of the steel fastening that will be contacting the composting material. Am concerned that the plated fasteners will corrode quickly. Loving this new backyard compost bin to replace our old one. There’s so much to like about this new COMPOSTING BIN FROM WAYFAIR 1. It is very sturdy and easy to use 2. It has 2 separate bins within the 50 gallon barrel design which rotates for faster composting of yard leaves and kitchen plant-based scraps 3. It is raised above the ground on a stand to keep the squirrels ️ and other rodents away that had been raiding our last bin 4. It has easy access to each of the 2 bins with just the turn of the bright green knob to open it 5. Instructions were just ok. It requires over 40 little screws and bolts in some hard-to-reach places. Tough on fingers and fingernails. Calls for a wrench to tighten but no room to get a wrench in. Has small ventilation holes on sides - was wishing there were some on the top-facing surfaces to let sunlight in. it tumbles easily and is easy to fill. All said, I'm happy with it!. Anne.
