Ok, this is just the “coolest” fan…..ever! Looks and operates exactly as it is described. Delivery box and contents arrived in perfect condition. It is pretty heavy! I’ve put up my share of ceiling fans, but opted for a professional installer this time. Glad I did, as he built some much needed support beams in the ceiling, to ensure it was stable. Plan on buying a large medallion to affix to the ceiling. Looks better, IMO… The electrician even needed my assistance to complete the install, so be sure to have some help. Totally worth it! I love this ceiling fan for our guest room! I have been looking for a 52" white ceiling fan with a light that has a little character for a while now and I finally found it. The "character" I found on this fan is the wood attached to each blade. It stands out a little. It came with a remote control that we keep next to the light switch so guests see it when they walk in. The only thing that doesn't work on the remote is the brightness of the light. We can only turn the light on or off. The rest of the buttons showing the light do nothing.
