It has a very sleek look and seems well constructed, although the curved “spout” doesn’t seem like it’s very thick metal and I don’t feel it matches the look of the curve and height in their photo. The base and handle are heavy duty, the sprayer is plastic, but blends nicely with the metal and doesn't stand out. The pull down hose is black. The three hole cover plate included was needed for my installation, which was nice. Arrived quickly, packaged well and was easy to install. I really needed a pull-down faucet for my pantry sink. This one is almost identical to my more expensive Brizo kitchen faucet; however, the pressure on this one is way better than my Brizo. My plumber had a little bit of trouble tightening the neck part that goes into the base, but I emailed customer service, and they were so kind to send back a video on how to get it tight.
