The remote functions flawlessly easy speed adjustments (love the multiple settings), light control, and no connectivity issues at all. The integrated light is surprisingly bright—great for the room without needing extra lamps, and the color temperature options are a nice touch if your model has 3CCT. Installation was the only minor hassle. The control box needs to fit inside the mounting bracket, which was trickier than expected because the previous fan install left the ceiling hole cut a bit off, causing the bracket to sit partially inside the Sheetrock. It took some extra fiddling and patience, but once up, its solid and secure. If your ceiling box is standard and properly cut, it should go much smoother. Overall, highly recommend this fan! For the price, you get quiet operation, powerful airflow, a bright dimmable light, and full remote convenience. Perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, or any medium-sized space. My electricians installed 9 of these into our new house with Spitfire Fanimation fans so that we wouldn't need to mount remotes on our walls. I select this switch option because we do not have light kits with our fans. No issues with install but I find the the lowest setting on the switch is still really fast. It seems like there needed to be at least another one or two lower speed settings on these switches.
